Why briquetting different kinds of materials
By using our briquetting presses, such as HIGH TECH models equipped with a screw feeding system, the industrial and agricultural wastes can be recycled and transformed into cylindrical briquettes of variable diameter (according to the briquetting press); they are obtained with no addition of alloying elements or chemical additives.
The 6 important advantages in briquetting:
SPACE SAVING: they allow a remarkable reduction of volumes (1/5-1/10 according to the material and up to 150 times in case of polystyrene) making the work environments much more organized and efficient by optimizing spaces and reducing labour.
RECYCLING COSTS CUT:according to the kind of materials to be briquetted, they create an independent heating system, a source of income if they are sold, or re-used in the production system with a substantial energetic saving.
INCREASE OF WASTE VALUE: the briquetted natural waste, such as cotton, paper, cardboard, etc. is an excellent option to traditional heating fuels, as the briquettes allow to concentrate high energy stocks in a reduced volume and therefore to obtain independent heating and a remarkable ecological and economical and ecological saving. During the combustion the briquettes considerably increase the yield thanks to their essential feature of being compacted at very high pressures. The briquettes are completely natural and safe as less inflammable than fossil fuels.
Reduction of waste costs:The waste transformation into briquettes improve the stocking handling and logistics so as to reduce the internal and external costs. The use of the forklift and consequently the time of the workers to the waste will be highly reduced.
Reduction of environmental impact:The briquettes can reduce the environmental impact due to the conditions and the status of containers or collection points , often not in good condition
Reduction of environmental pollution:Thanks to the briquettes is possible to obtain a considerable reduction in the number of travel of the container , consequently more than 70 % less fumes released into the atmosphere for the transport of the waste to collection centers.
Reduction of waste costs: The waste transformation into briquettes improve the stocking handling and logistics so as to reduce the internal and external costs. The use of the forklift and consequently the time of the workers to the waste will be highly reduced.
During our working experience we have briquetted some of the following materials:
YARNS AND TEXTILES
For our customers We have prepared a modern well-organized show room as test-room to test every kind of material with our experts and to show the wide range of briquetting presses, wood grinders, shredders and boilers.
