How the Centralized Installation works
The automated centralized installation is a system designed to collect metal chips from multiple machine tools and convey them to a single compaction point.
The heart of this system is our Metalpress 150 – 500 – 700 – 900 EVO briquetting machines
It is a solution suitable for production contexts with organized spaces and multiple operating lines.
Chip containers are collected from multiple production points and conveyed to a loading conveyor belt, equipped with a large hopper and integrated liquid collection tank, to automatically feed the briquetting machine with an integrated liquid collection tank for efficient coolant recovery. A briquette discharge conveyor belt optimizes storage in your containers.

How it works
The automated centralized installation with a magnetic drum is designed to collect non-ferrous metal chips containing metal pieces from multiple machine tools and convey them to a single compaction point. A vibrating table facilitates the distribution of material to be screened by the magnetic drum, which separates the metal pieces. A vibrating chute facilitates the discharge of chips to the briquetting machine.
