It is a hydraulic briquetting press ideal for small- medium agricultural and industrial companies to recycle the scraps that can be reused and valorised. Specifically, the voluminous scraps from wooden chips, cotton, textile, polyurethane, polystyrene, polyester, polystyrene, polypropylene, hay, straw, alfalfa, feed etc. (containing an indicative humidity between 8%-17%) are processed into cylindrical briquettes and with a variable diameter (according to the briquetting press). These briquettes show a significant reduction in volume 1/5 - 1/30 according to the type of material and up to 150 times (in case of polystyrene). The briquetting press can be connected to silos or internal or external filtering units.


It is based on a mechanical and hydraulic compacting cycle with high pressures. A hopper containing the material is fixed to a loading plane composed of a radial pattern. While this is rotating, the material is taken to a drawer by the screw feeder and it is pre-compressed in the compression chamber. An apt hydraulic compacting cylinder compresses consequently the material in the sleeve-extrusion pipe group.

Loading plane composed by a material hopper and a stirrer fixed to the bottom. A gear motor lets the stirrer rotate and assures the feeding of the material to a screw feeder mounted underneath. The material is loaded then in the drawer.

Compressing cylinder with PARKER seals, lapped jacket and screwed pistons (with the same construction criteria of the drawer assembly to optimize the hourly production with the main power installed. It has a piston rod whose function is the compression of the material in the sleeve.

the position of the cylinders is controlled by electromagnetic proximity switches: they reduce the exchanging time of the solenoid valves for the maximum working reliability.

All the flex hoses are equipped with Stopflex system to stop the stroke of the pipe in case of disconnection and avoid the "whip effect"

Hydraulic vise with PARKER guide seals, often imitated by our competitors for its unmatched sturdiness and long reliability. It consists of a strong and reliable steel monoblock without tie rods fixed to the extrusion pipe. It compresses the briquette and releases it when the specific pressure has been achieved.  A pressure gauge controls the operating pressure of the vice.
