IL500P Conveyor Belt
The IL500P conveyor belt is COMAFER’s solution for the automatic feeding of metal chips to the Metalpress Series briquetting machine. Designed for high-throughput centralized systems, it incorporates a coolant collection and recovery tank directly into the conveyor body, ensuring process efficiency and compliance with environmental regulations.
How the IL500P Conveyor Belt Works
A gearmotor drives the steel conveyor belt equipped with carriers to ensure the proper transport and metering of wood chips to the briquette machine’s hopper. The large loading hopper allows for extended operating autonomy, reducing the frequency of operator intervention. The integrated liquid collection tank—equipped with a level indicator and an electric pump with a level sensor—automatically recovers the coolant separated during chip transport.
