How the Conveyor Belt Works
A gearmotor controls the operation of the PVC conveyor belt with slats, ensuring a metered and continuous transport and discharge of the briquettes. The structure is made of anodized aluminum profiles, while the conveyor deck, side rails, and hopper are made of galvanized sheet metal for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. The steel frame is equipped with swivel casters to facilitate movement within the workshop.
Benefits of the Conveyor Belt
- Storage optimization: The briquettes are unloaded in measured quantities into the containers
- Automated unloading: no manual intervention required
- Adjustable in height and angle to accommodate containers of different sizes
- Sturdy construction made of anodized aluminum and galvanized steel for industrial environments
- Swivel casters to facilitate installation, positioning, and movement of the conveyor belt
