How the Rotor Filling Machine Works

The system uses the rotational speed of the gearmotor to automatically feed the eight available bags in sequence. A connecting tube with a height-adjustable support and a flange that connects to the briquette machine’s outlet ensures the proper transfer of the briquettes. The bagging machine does not have its own electrical control panel: it connects via an electrical outlet attached to the briquette machine’s control panel, ensuring automatic synchronization of power on and off.

Benefits of the Rotor Filling Machine

  • Automatic sequential feeding of bags
  • Adjustable holders with ring clamps to adjust the height to accommodate different bag sizes
  • Efficient improvements to briquette storage: more organized, practical, and functional
  • Easy installation: no additional electrical panel required
