Automated Installation for the Wood, Paper, Biomass, Plastics, and Other Materials Industries
A dedicated system for automating and optimizing the handling and storage of briquettes.
How the automated installation works
The automated installation is a system consisting of the Rotor automatic bagging machine, designed to automate and optimize the handling and storage of non-interlocking briquettes and to be paired with the briquetting machine.
At the heart of this system are our Dinamic and Special Series briquette presses. They are ideal for achieving efficient production and a much more practical and functional way to store briquettes.
The briquetting machine receives the material (wood, paper, biomass, plastic, or other Dinamic-compatible materials) from silos, filter batteries, or direct loading, which is then deposited into the machine’s hopper. The low-level sensor starts the machine when material is present and puts it into standby mode when the hopper is empty—resulting in direct and measurable energy savings. The briquetting machine compresses the material into cylindrical briquettes; these are conveyed via a connecting tube to the ROTOR bagging machine, which—driven by the rotational speed of a gearmotor—automatically distributes them into 8 height-adjustable bags.
The start-up of the stuffing machine is synchronized with that of the briquetting machine via a direct electrical connection to the briquetting machine’s control panel.
From briquetting to bagging
For example, the system featuring a Dinamic or Special series briquetting machine and a Rotor bagging machine compresses the wood chips into briquettes and bags them in a 3-step process
01
Chip conveying
02
Briquette compaction
03
Bag feeding
When it is the right choice
Continuous production cycles
Need to reduce handling and storage
Requirement for practical and functional storage
Operational advantages
Electricity savings
Thanks to the low-level sensor, which puts the briquette machine on standby when there is no material
Reduction in handling
Reduces internal transport and optimizes operational flow
Storage improvement
Ability to choose the bag height for easy, practical, and functional storage
Integration with automated production
Compatible with continuous production cycles
Result
A more organized and functional system for managing briquettes and, consequently, storage areas, resulting in a significant reduction in labor and an improvement in the department’s overall efficiency
