Dinamic Series
The Shredder for Wood Scraps, Pallets, MDF, Paper, and Cardboard
1 model for medium-sized businesses. Production capacity of up to 300 kg/h.
Turn bulky waste into ground material, ready for briquetting. Further reduce space requirements, cut costs, and add value to the waste.
How the Dinamic Series Grinder Works
The Dinamic Series grinder operates on a hydraulic cycle: a pusher drawer, driven by a hydraulic cylinder, conveys the material from the hopper to a tool-holding rotor, driven by a gearmotor, which performs the crushing function. The final particle size is determined by a perforated screen.
The ground waste can be aspirated into pneumatic collection systems and sent directly to the briquetting machine, or deposited in containers for subsequent processing.
From hopper to ground material
How the Dinamic Series Shredder Turns Waste into a Resource in 3 Steps
01
Feeding
A hopper conveys the material to the pusher drawer operated by the hydraulic cylinder towards the rotor.
02
Shredding
The tool-holding rotor, driven by a gearmotor, causes the material to be crushed
03
Ejection
A perforated screen determines the particle size of the ground material, which is then drawn in through the suction inlet.
Benefits of Grinding with the Dinamic Series
Every year, companies lose significant resources in managing production waste.
The COMAFER Grinder transforms this cost into tangible value, which can be measured in three key areas:
Volume
Ground wood scraps take up much less space, and once compressed into briquettes, they make work areas much more organized and efficient, optimizing space and reducing labor costs
-70% shipping costs
Ground and briquetted wood waste improves the handling and management process by optimizing operators’ time and reducing internal and external transportation costs
- 70% recycling costs
Ground wood waste optimizes briquette production with all the resulting benefits

FAQ
FAQ: Dinamic Series Grinders
Do I always need to use a grinder before briquetting?
Not always. For wood chips and sawdust that are already of a size suitable for briquetting (typically those resulting from woodworking operations), a grinder is not necessary. However, it becomes essential for bulky waste such as pallets, cardboard boxes, panels, or materials with irregular shapes that cannot be compacted directly.
Is the ground material produced directly suitable for briquetting?
Yes. The grinder is equipped with a perforated screen that determines the particle size of the ground material as it exits, ready to be briquetted. The result is a uniform ground material that can be mixed with wood chips and briquetted.
Can the grinder be connected directly to the briquetting machine?
Yes. Through the intake port, the ground material can be conveyed directly to the briquetting machine via a vacuum system.
Is it possible to test my material before purchase?
Absolutely. COMAFER’s in-house R&D department conducts grinding and briquetting tests on material samples sent by the customer at no additional cost. Contact us for more information.
What materials can be ground?
The Dinamic 600 EVO shredder can be used to shred wood scraps, nail-free pallets, MDF panels, paper, and corrugated cardboard.
What concrete advantages does a grinder offer?
The main advantages are three:
- Wood waste offers a significant volume reduction once briquetted, making work environments more organized and efficient, optimizing spaces and reducing labor.
- Wood waste improves the handling and management process of the material to be briquetted, reducing internal and external transport costs, including the use of forklifts and operator time dedicated to waste collection.
- Wood waste optimizes briquette production with a reduction in recycling costs of up to 70%.
How long does a COMAFER grinder last?
