A generation beyond the standard Dinamic Series

The Dinamic PRO M5 Briquetting Press is a completely redesigned machine; it is more reliable, more efficient, and more technologically advanced, with every system—from the base to the hydraulic system, from the oil cooling system to the clamp and the electrical control panel with HMI—has been revised with the goal of taking build quality, operational reliability, and process control to a higher level. It is the result of 50 years of experience in industrial briquetting machines applied to a next-generation design.

Structure and Base: Structural Rigidity and Accessibility

The new base has been completely redesigned to allow the oil sump to be mounted at the rear, simplifying cleaning operations for both the tank and the hydraulic system.The new backlit rear compartment is equipped with a Plexiglas panel that allows you to view the status of the hydraulic system in real time, without opening any doors or stopping the machine.
The new RAL 7016 paint finish for the base and vise is a hallmark of a new generation.

Feeding System and Integrated Hopper

The new continuous-action material feeding system, driven by a dedicated gearmotor, ensures superior mixing of the material prior to compaction. The new integrated Ø 1200 mm hopper is constructed without joints, eliminating points where material can accumulate or leak. It is designed to accommodate level sensors and an inspection hatch, ensuring simple and safe operation and avoiding the need for future modifications.

Hydraulic system: a single unit for optimized fluid dynamics

The new hydraulic system has been completely redesigned and streamlined. All components are DIN-compliant, offering higher performance and greater durability, and are grouped into a single control unit, eliminating connections between separate components and ensuring harmonized and stable fluid dynamics. The new circuit separation of the actuators allows for independent control of each hydraulic movement, increasing precision and reducing interference between cycles. The cast-iron hydraulic pump is designed for high pressures and a long service life. The new control valves prevent pressure spikes and sudden starts of the hydraulic system, ensuring a smooth start-up of the compaction cylinders and bucket for improved movement control. The new suction filters ensure maximum oil cleanliness and protect components from contamination.

Oil cooling system with continuous off-line filtration

The new oil cooling system consists of an air/oil heat exchanger, a filter, and a self-contained motor-pump unit. It is designed to ensure continuous oil purification by maintaining the oil at an optimal temperature, preventing overheating, reducing component wear, and consequently minimizing long-term maintenance and machine downtime.

Redesigned Hydraulic Vise

The new vise has been completely redesigned with a bolted upper jaw: a design that ensures far greater structural rigidity and durability than previous versions. The new piston anti-drop system simplifies maintenance.

Electrical control panel with a latest-generation Siemens PLC and HMI

The new electrical control panel with a multilingual Siemens HMI is one of the most innovative components of the Dinamic PRO M5. The new HMI panel, featuring updated graphics, provides the operator with a complete overview of the machine’s status, allowing them to monitor all parameters in real time—including the various pressures within the hydraulic system—as well as maintenance schedules, general information on electrical and hydraulic diagrams, spare parts lists, and much more. The new remote support module enables remote connection to the briquetting machine to perform diagnostics and provide updates.

Compatible materials

Wood (all types), paper, cardboard, biomass, plastic, MDF, leather, and many other materials with moisture content between 8 and 17%. For non-standard materials, a free sample test is available at COMAFER’s R&D department.

Measurable operational benefits

Briquetting with the Dinamic Pro M5 reduces waste volume by up to 90%, cuts recycling costs by 70%, and reduces handling and transportation costs by 80%. Briquettes made from natural materials offer a heat output of 4,000–4,500 kcal/kg, which is 80% higher than that of conventional firewood. Continuous offline oil filtration reduces maintenance costs over the long term.
