Dinamic 110S Series Briquetting Machine
Hydraulic briquetting machine made in Italy for small and medium-sized businesses. It compresses wood chips and dust, paper, biomass, plastic, and other industrial materials into cylindrical briquettes with a diameter of 60 mm at a pressure of 544 kg/cm², reducing the volume of the chips by up to 90%. With an approximate output of up to 110 kg/h, it is the ideal solution for companies with continuous and growing volumes of wood chips.
Dinamic 110S: Superior Productivity for Those Who Can't Afford to Stop
Designed for those who have outgrown the entry-level category
The Dinamic 110S Briquette Press is a Made in Italy hydraulic machine designed for small-to-medium-sized businesses that generate larger volumes of waste and require a higher production capacity than the 70S model. It transforms wood chips, paper, biomass, plastic, and other materials into 60-mm-diameter briquettes, ready for use as fuel or for sale to collection centers.
New Technical Improvements Introduced in Version 2026: Why Quality Is Everything to Us
- New anti-return system
The new anti-return system for the lower spoke, unlike the previous one with rod and spring, features a body machined from solid metal equipped with an adjustable ball bearing that eliminates wear caused by rubbing. - New magnets
The type of magnets present in the suction area of the hydraulic pump have been replaced with a neodymium model, the best currently on the market, up to nine times more efficient than the current one in order to make oil decontamination even more constant over time due to component wear and oil changes without proper cleaning. - New drawer cylinder stem
The new drawer cylinder stem has been completely redesigned, significantly improving its build quality by replacing the mechanical drawer opening stop, which was very noisy, with a rod limit switch and a solenoid valve for the drawer stop function. We've also optimized the ease of assembly, thus reducing the risk of damaging the seals during replacement. - New Pressure Switches and New Location
Compared to previous models, the new pressure switches are of significantly higher quality and perform much better, with an operating range that has expanded from 50–200 bar to 40 to 400 bar, with precise and simple vernier adjustment—a significant improvement over the previous, less intuitive, and cumbersome screw-type adjustment. Their location has also been changed; previously difficult to access, they are now positioned on the electrical panel bracket for much more practical and functional use. - New general pressure gauge
The new pressure gauge is used to monitor all the machine's operating pressures during the various work phases (clamp pressure - compaction pressure - general pressure). - Modified clamp opening valve
We changed the vice opening valve from normally closed to normally open to avoid residual pressure in the vice in the event of a power failure. - New vice cylinder
We have redesigned and reengineered the vice cylinder to improve performance, reliability and durability. - New power supply specifically for PLC
A new PLC-specific power supply has been inserted inside the electrical panel to adjust the input voltage and avoid any damage due to unregulated currents.
Oil Cooling System: Guaranteed Continuous Operation
It features a high-efficiency air-to-oil heat exchanger designed to maintain the oil at an optimal temperature, preventing overheating and reducing component wear—and, as a result, minimizing long-term maintenance and machine downtime.
PLC with an integrated display inside the electrical cabinet: minimal operator interaction
Designed to minimize operator interaction. For general machine management and control.
Key Standard Features
New pressure switches with an operating range of 40–400 bar, featuring a front-mounted vernier adjustment on the electrical panel bracket. New general-purpose pressure gauge. Oil cooling system. PLC with display. Its compact dimensions—1150 × 1700 × 1455 mm—and a weight of 630 kg make it easy to install even in non-dedicated spaces. The total installed power is 8 kW.
Compatible materials
Wood (all types), paper, cardboard, biomass, plastic, MDF, leather, and many other materials with moisture content between 8% and 17%. For non-standard materials, a free sample test is available at COMAFER’s R&D department.
Measurable operational benefits
Briquetting with the Dinamic 110S reduces waste volume by up to 90%, recycling costs by 70%, and handling and transportation costs by 80%. Briquettes made from natural materials achieve a heat output of 4,000–4,500 kcal/kg, which is 80% higher than that of conventional wood. The oil cooling system ensures continuous production even during the longest shifts.
From hopper to briquette
How Metalpress series briquetting machines transform waste chips into resources in 4 stages.
01
Feeding
A hopper with motorized agitator ensures continuous feeding of metal chips
02
Dosing
A drawer operated by a hydraulic cylinder meters the material into the compaction chamber
03
